Enjoy the PRIM + POP Experience!

To book PRIM + POP services, start by filling out our inquiry form. Next, I'll schedule a 15-30 minute call to discuss your vision. You’ll receive a custom proposal and estimate to review along with a copy of our service agreement. Secure your date with a 50% non-refundable deposit or full payment if your event is within 14 days. Let the rest to use and enjoy the PRIM + POP Experience!

QUESTIONS

Where is PRIM + POP located? 

PRIM + POP is a mobile, service- based company in Atlanta, GA. We service the Atlanta Metro area and will travel for balloons.

How far in advance should I book PRIM + POP?

The earlier, the better. We recommend submitting an inquiry and confirming your booking at least 1 month prior to your event date. For larger events, we recommend contacting us at least 2 months in advance.

Is a deposit required to book? 

Yes, non-refundable deposits (50% of total) are required to book our balloon services. Typically, the remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event date.

I've booked PRIM + POP for my event and need to make a change to my services. What do I do?

If you need to make a change to any services you've booked with PRIM + POP, please call (404) 590-3740 or email me directly at hello@primandpop.co.
